Welcome to America where if you’re a hardworking, tax-paying , law abiding citizen you are presumed guilty until proven innocent  and where the terrorists are presumed innocent until proven guilty..and then are still considered innocent.

 Welcome to America where you’re fired if you admit that you’re fearful when you see middle-eastern men board a plane and wonder if you need to call your mother and say goodbye…forever. There were plenty of people on 9/11 that never even had that luxury; they were obliterated and into eternity before they could even speak the word “Mother”.

I agree that our airlines need to be safer and that every precaution should be observed. But I also believe in using common sense techniques just as you would in any investigation. We are in a bad situation here in the states, we have an extremist group of people who will stop at nothing to destroy us and they do it all in the name of their “god”. But we have one thing going for us, we know where the enemy comes from and we know what they look like. Why in the name of all that is sentient would you ignore the one thing that can help you identify the enemy and stop them before they proceed with their dastardly deed?

The only conclusion that I can come to is that there are too many politically correct measures in place and too many panty-waisted men enforcing them. They do this all at our peril.

These were the 19 hijackers who were involved in the terrorist attacks on 9/11. From the looks of it they are all from middle-eastern nations and I bet if their pictures were side by side you’d see an uncanny resemblance.

You can also go back 20 years and see that all attempted terrorist attacks on planes in America have been by men with these same startling similarities. It’s not Christian men or tea party activists or Grandmas on their way to Michigan for Thanksgiving pulling these stunts.  It’s Muslim extremists and they must be stopped.

With this very valuable information in hand I know that we could do a much better job of stopping potential attacks by simply screening these types of people. It’s not racism, it’s a common sense solution to a very great problem. If you don’t want to racially profile anyone then put everyone through the same scrutiny at airports. Randomly picking people out of line to look at them naked or sexually molest them does nothing but punish the innocent even more.

As it stands, sweaty Arab men named Mohammed, Ahmed or any other name of that likeness are waived right on through while soccer moms are subject to unreasonable searches. We wouldn’t want the Muslim *extremists* to think we are singling them out or anything. The idea.

Another possible solution would be just to let all Muslim extremists fly together. They can even have their very own Muslim pilot and Muslim flight attendants. You wouldn’t even have to put restrooms on the planes! How environmentally friendly and thrifty! They wouldn’t know how to work a flush toilet anyway.

In the meantime, Americans, quit giving up every right you have and extending the olive branch. You’ll get smacked with it every time. You’re being slowly boiled in oil and you don’t even know it.

May the zeitgeist become the power of God that is working and not the power of government.

Even David Brooks of the NYTimes will concur that the recent election of Scott Brown to the Massachusetts Senate seat is a barometer of how the Americans feel about the Obama administration’s obsession with redistribution of wealth, government takeover of health care and anything else they can get their gangly fingers on. Brooks’ recent article entitled Politics in the Age of Distrust, shows that even someone who writes for a libelous newspaper can’t avoid the GOP elephant in the room.

If Martha Coakley had dressed up as Betsy Ross and traveled around giving out American flags to natives of Massachusetts, it still wouldn’t have sponged away the big blue “O” on her front. The people of the state of Massachusetts have spoken. They always do seem to have a way of making their presence known and their voice heard loud and clear. Obama needs to cut his losses and stop kvetching about what Bush did…honestly, I thought he had figured out by now that this line gets him nowhere.

“…the same thing that swept Scott Brown into office, swept me into office. People are angry and they are frustrated. Not just because of what has happened in the last year or two years, but what’s happened over the last eight years.” – said to George Stephanopoulos in an ABC interview on January 20^th.

This guy is insufferable. In what universe and by what logic does the same thing that swept Obama into office 14 months ago (i.e. Americans fed up with Republicans acting like Democrats) translate into the same thing that swept Scott Brown into the Senate seat of one of the bluest states in our great nation?

The only possible conclusion that a sentient person can come to after seeing the results of last Tuesday’s election is that the opposite if what happened 14 months ago is now true. People are angry and frustrated precisely with you Mr. President, not President Bush and his ilk. They don’t want universal health care, they don’t want “social justice”, and they don’t want your attitude.

I have heard people saying that now no Democrat is safe. True enough. I would venture to say that no American is safe until our current administration is flung into oblivion.

Take for example part of B. Hussein Obama’s Inauguration Day speech:

“The success of our economy has always depended not just on the size of our Gross Domestic Product, but on the reach of our prosperity; on the ability to extend opportunity to every willing heart – not out of charity, but because it is the surest route to our common good.”

Well forget talking about giving charitably…let’s just cut right to the chase and embrace Communism! Last time I checked, most people don’t care about the “common good” when it comes to making a living. Oh sure, here in America people who aren’t crazed liberals want everyone to do well, make a good living and have the things that they need to live and enjoy life. But as a general rule, Americans want to work and make a living for themselves without having to also have money taken from them to support “the common good” of perfectly capable people who want to sit at home drinking Mike’s Hard Lemonade and eating Twinkies all day.

In other words, we want to be left ALONE to do our jobs and pay as few taxes as possible. We know how to give charitably; most of us do that every week. In the end, this is what makes America fiscally and morally rich along with strengthening our character.

But while we’re on the subject of giving charitably, here are the tax returns of the multi-millionaire Obama family and the percentage of what they gave to charity from the years 2000-2006, and here’s the link if you need further proof:

2001 – .5%  (yes, that is a decimal before the 5)

2002 – .4%  (yep, again there too!)

2003 – 1.4%

2004 – 1.2 %

2006 – 6.1% (notice how the number drastically goes up this year…nearing election, can it be?)

I’m sure the poor and needy of the Chicago area could have put some of that money to good use for things like…oh I don’t know, feeding people and providing care for those who are too sick and disabled to care for themselves.

But I’m sure he’s perfectly satisfied to have his tax dollars going to public school liberal brainwashing and government funded “saline application, fork in the brain, limb plucking” abortions. Hey, it’s the charitable thing to do! Why do more than you have to, right?

 (I say that with all due respect to the innocent babies who are being heinously murdered every year, but awareness must be raised to the vileness of these “condoned” acts).

According to Joe “it’s time to start being patriotic” Biden’s tax returns as reported by the National Review Online, he gave a total of $3,690 to charity from 1998-2007 with an AGI of 2.4 million over that 10 year span. We’ll let Tim Geithner do the math on that one and tell us what the percentage of charitable giving is.

Now, juxtapose this with the charitable contributions of our former President Bush and Vice President Cheney.

Of course it all starts to make sense when you read what the liberal Bertrand Russell has to say about charitable donations: “I’m afraid you’ve got it wrong. We are socialists. We don’t pretend to be “Christians.”

And that’s our “altruistic” President Obama and gaffe laden sidekick Biden in a nutshell. What people can’t see is that they are pretending to be Christians when really they are socialists.

If you ever have a chance to visit the Chicago Theatre – do it. It is breathtakingly beautiful. It’s on State Street not far from the Magnificent Mile and you cannot miss the brightly lit sign luring you in with all of its worldly wonder. Before entering the theatre I was standing outside and there was a man giving away free DVD’s and this is what he was proclaiming:

“Free DVD on the inside job of 9/11! How the government knew what was going to happen. Free DVD!”

Yep, you heard me. People were snatching them up like they were going out of style. Honestly. Buuuut this IS the city that B. Hussein Obama comes from, so what else would you expect?

 Needless to say, this was a rough crowd even for the likes of Ann Coulter. It would be generous for me to say that the ratio of liberals to conservatives there that night was 70/30. For those of you who attended public school, otherwise known as a liberal cesspool, that’s not a good ratio for the conservative speaker.

Ann is not afraid to get booed though. She delivered her 15 minute introductory speech with class and humor. She is a truly funny speaker with original thoughts and as always she made sure to rub liberal’s noses in their rotting ideology.

Bill Maher recently came out with a new documentary titled Religulous which satirizes organized religion and religious belief in general. He claims that there is no God, and to him the Bible is just a book of Jewish fairytales.

The debate itself was a thing to behold and it would take pages to relay all that was said. Suffice it to say they would probably still be there until trumpet sounds and judgment day if they had the stamina and if Bill Maher had the fortitude to do so without pandering to an overwhelmingly liberal audience.

In the spirit of the “Fairness Doctrine” I vote that they come to a red state like Texas or Tennessee next.

On January 17^th, President Barack Hussein Obama gave a speech in Baltimore to a group of cold, albeit Obama crazed people. He said something that caught my attention as I was casually listening, and I give you the exact quote.

“We began this train trip in Philadelphia earlier today. And it is fitting that we did so – because it was there that our American journey began. It was there that a group of farmers and lawyers, merchants and soldiers, gathered to declare their independence and lay claim to a destiny that they were being denied. It was a risky thing, meeting as they did in that summer of 1776. There was no guarantee that their fragile experiment would find success.”

Later in his speech he referred to the “American Revolution” that was fought and remains today an ongoing struggle in the minds and hearts of the American people.

I would venture to say first that the only revolution that is being fought today or has ever been fought in this country is the revolting of evil against righteousness. The war we fought to gain our freedom was a war for independence. We were not revolting against anything; we were simply claiming what God had already promised to us as a people. The men and women who came to America knew that God was on their side and that He had a plan for them.

The forming of our country, its Constitution and its ideals was not an accident and certainly not an experiment; it was the manifestation of what God had in store for us. To quote the great Ronald Reagan:

“You may think this a little mystical, and I’ve said it many times before, but I believe there was a Divine Plan to place this great continent here between the two oceans to be found by peoples from every corner of the earth. I believe we were preordained to carry the torch of freedom for the world.”

I concur.

Over the next four years I want our country to succeed. If our President embraces the principles of personal responsibility, limited government and an intent followed by action to win the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan then yes, I want our President to succeed also. So far all we have seen from President Barack Obama is question dodging, welfare foisting, whining and a voting record on abortion that gives him an A+++ with Planned Parenthood.

A few days ago I was driving to work and I saw an advertisement on the back of a 53 foot trailer. There was baby laying on his stomach with a blanket over him, his head was up and he was smiling. Very cute to say the least. The caption read: Life. What a Beautiful Choice. I had heard that slogan before, I believe it is put out by Right to Life.

I’ve also heard that Planned Parenthood went apoplectic when they heard about that one. But that’s only because they want to keep abortion safe, legal and rare….riiiight.

This Christmas in Indiana, Planned Parenthood is providing gift certificates for people to purchase that are also good for abortions. “But that’s not their purpose” they say, “we just decided to not put any restrictions on the certificates.”

Well how nice. Great way to celebrate the first Christmas of the (office of) President Elect B. Hussein Obama…since he’s so obsessed with abortion being legal in every form. Sheesh, don’t they make a pill for that? Dude needs to get some of them if they do. I dunno, I like to call it compassion or just plain old not murdering people.

So, back to my original thought about life being a beautiful choice. Life isn’t always easy and the road not always smooth, but it is still worth living. Where there is life, there is hope.

Socialism is another form of slavery. Edmund Burke went on to say:

“No body of men will be argued into slavery. Sir, let the gentlemen on the other side…tell me, what one character of liberty the Americans have, and what one brand of slavery they are free from, if they are bound in their property and industry by all the restraints you can imagine on commerce, and at the same time are made pack-horses of every tax you choose to impose, without the least share in granting them. When they bear the burthens of unlimited monopoly, will you bring them to bear the burthens of unlimited revenue too? The Englishman in America will feel that this is slavery; that it is legal slavery, will be no compensation either to his feelings or to his understandings.”

If Barack Obama becomes President what we will have imposed on us is another form of slavery. One of the principles that this country was founded on was that if you didn’t work you didn’t eat. You are free to choose your own destiny.

Enslaving people to the government because of everything they bestow upon you is the opposite of what our Constitution outlines. This goes against pursuing your own happiness. We don’t need America or the Constitution reinvented by B. Hussein Obama. As Americans we must fight to keep capitalism alive and our spirits high. Slavery is a weed that grows in every soil. You can always have socialism but capitalism was fought for and we must fight for it still.

On a more spiritual note, being godless is what liberals thrive on…it’s the only way they can justify their evil thought processes. One of my liberal friends saw that I was reading Ann Coulter’s Godless the other day and he disagreed with her argument by telling me that he is a liberal and he believes in God.

The Bible says that the devils also believe and tremble.

So believing in God and actually trusting God for your soul’s salvation are two completely different things. I’m sure there are a lot of liberals who believe in God, meaning that there is a God. But ultimately, liberals are godless in the sense that they do not believe what God says and have no intention of following his book.

When you take God out of the equation, you get the theory of Evolution, abortion on demand, Socialism, gay marriage, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and many other things or people that liberals defend. Liberals take God out and make themselves god, they make the rules, they get to say who lives and who dies. In the end all we have to look at is the fruit that is born. What comes out of liberalism and godlessness? Higher taxes, redistribution of wealth, welfare, adultery, ignorance and the death of innocent people. By their fruits ye shall know them.

“Who gets thanks for Bush tenure?”

I would like to take the time to thank George W. Bush and Dick Cheney for the wonderful seven years we have enjoyed in this country during their tenure in the White House. Thank you for the fact that Osama bin Laden is still alive and well. Thanks for the memories of the unprovoked war in Iraq and the many deaths and injuries suffered by U.S. troops and Iraqi troops and civilians. Thanks for the 47 million Americans still without health care. A big thank you is in order for helping the U.S. oil companies enjoy record profits during this time when many can’t afford to buy gas. Thanks for the Patriot Act, which has taken many freedoms away  from citizens that were formerly enjoyed. Thank you sincerely for the trillion dollar national debt and the wonderful recession we are experiencing. I also want to thank Karl Rove for his help in stealing not one, but two elections. That’s got to be a record! Thanks to Halliburton, the king of no-bid contract companies. I could go on and on thanking these great folks, but I don’t want to seem too patronizing. – William Wright, Seymour

So, my friend Chris and I decided to write back to the editor with a rebuttal to the ridiculous drivel of this man. Here’s what I came up with:

Dear Editor,

The following is in response to the letter to the editor entitled “Who gets thanks for the Bush tenure?” It was published in the Knoxville News Sentinel on July 1, 2008.

            We would really like to take the time to thank Bush and Cheney for the past seven plus years we have enjoyed in this country during their tenure in the White House. Let’s take a few minutes to look at the facts.

1. The United States of America has been 100% Al-Qaida free for the last seven years. If you recall, September 11, 2001 was a pretty dark day in our nation’s history. By the acts of terrorists, three thousand Americans were slaughtered. I would definitely not call this an unprovoked war, they killed 3,000 Americans and now we are killing them. We’re square.
2. Freedom for our country and for others comes with a price. In 2007, there was an average of 5 people shot on the streets of Chicago every day. The average in Iraq is lower than that. So I guess Iraq is a safer place now than some of the cities on our own soil. 
3. Last time I checked, we don’t live in Canada, so I’m not sure why it is the government’s responsibility to provide healthcare for all Americans. Go get a job that has benefits, that’s part of the American dream…if you want something, all you have to do is go work hard and get it.  If you want to live in a Socialist country, then move to Canada or Europe for all we care…we’d be happy to get rid of you.
4. Oil companies don’t dictate gas prices, it’s supply and demand that sets the prices at the pump, not the President. Anyway, who’s to say that profits for big oil companies is a bad thing? Oil is what drives the free market. Profits for companies keeps people employed and allows for innovation and creation of new products and services. The Democrats are obsessed with hiking the taxes on gas and not letting us drill for our own oil. That’s where the price gouging comes into play. Blame them and stop voting for them. It is preposterous to say that people can’t afford to buy gas; I don’t see any shortage of cars on the road.
5. Thank God for the Patriot Act, now we can catch people who are planning attacks against our country and stop them before they bomb us into oblivion. What’s wrong with that?  If you are not a terrorist planning to kill Americans then you have nothing to worry about.
6. Having slight recessions is the natural process of our free market economy. There have been slight recessions in every decade. When Reagan first came into office the economy was the worst it had been since the Depression. When he left office it was thriving. I don’t see many people starving or going without in America. Quit listening to the liberal doom and gloom of the media and check the facts for yourself. 
7. Once and for all, the elections were not stolen…Bush/Cheney won them fair and square…CAN WE LET IT GO NOW! Even if they were stolen(which they weren’t), thank God we didn’t have to put up with that windbag Al Gore and America-hating John Kerry for 8 years. 

Thank God for the safety we enjoy in America and for the tax cuts which means more money in our pockets. We’re not interested in consorting and talking to terrorists, we’re interested in killing them and that’s exactly what we have been doing, thanks to President Bush.

 So we’re going to send it in and see if it gets published. Just in time for the Fourth of July. God Bless America!
